Years Experience

My Story

My journey with ADHD began long before I became a psychologist. As someone who was diagnosed with ADHD in my twenties, I understand firsthand the challenges of navigating a neurotypical world with a neurodivergent brain. This personal experience, combined with my professional training, gives me a unique perspective on what truly works.

After completing my PhD in Clinical Psychology at Stanford University, I specialized in ADHD research and treatment. I’ve spent over 15 years developing evidence-based strategies that help adults with ADHD not just cope, but thrive in their personal and professional lives.

My approach combines the latest neuroscience research with practical, real-world strategies. I believe that ADHD isn’t something to be “fixed” – it’s a different way of thinking that, when properly supported, can become a tremendous asset.
