I hold the ICE-CCP certification with the Institute for Credentialing Excellence, and the Certified Association Executive (CAE) through ASAE. My expertise spans NCCA and ISO standards, program development, compliance, and audit readiness – helping organizations design and maintain trusted, high-quality programs.
