Meet Our Team
At ADHDworx, we bring both heart and expertise to every session. We understand life with ADHD firsthand, and approach each client with empathy, humor, and genuine understanding. We know that ADHD isn’t about “trying harder” – it’s about learning how your brain works best. We find joy in helping clients uncover their strengths, celebrate progress, and move toward lives that feel more balanced and fulfilling.
Our goal is simple: to help people with ADHD discover what works for them. Sessions are available in-person, virtually, or via phone call.

Meet Michelle Gross
Counselor • Coach • Advocate
My name is Michelle, and I hold a Master’s in Counseling and an MBA from Wake Forest University. With more than twenty years of experience in counseling, coaching and education, I have worked in schools, non-profits, universities, corporations, and private practice to help individuals thrive.
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina and hold multiple national credentials, including:
- National Certified Counselor (NCC)
- National Certified School Counselor (NCSC)
- Board Certified TeleMental Health Provider (BC-TMH)
- Board Certified Coach (BCC)
- Former National Board-Certified Teacher (NBCT)
My educational and professional experiences allow me to develop a tailored approach to the unique strengths and needs of each client. I am a strong proponent that growth happens through self-awareness, authentic connection, and practical strategies that help turn insight into action.
I work with teens, college students, and adults of all ages who want to better understand and manage ADHD – from developing executive functioning skills to improving relationships. I also work with individuals experiencing grief, depression, and anxiety. I previously worked as a school counselor and was a National Board-Certified Teacher (NBCT). I offer educational consultations to help students improve academic and social skills, access accommodations, and build confidence in learning environments.

Meet Jordan Gross
ADHD Coach & Licensed Psychologist
My name is Jordan, and I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Georgia and a Master of Divinity from Emory University. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults as they move through the complexities of life transitions—times when identity, relationships, and purpose can feel uncertain or in flux.
My approach is holistic and strengths-based, blending evidence-based modalities like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) within a Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) framework. I often support clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, body image concerns, disordered eating, and spiritual exploration.
Recently, my mom and I launched a collaborative endeavor dedicated to helping individuals and families affected by ADHD. Having lived experience with ADHD myself, I understand both how difficult it can be and how transformative the right support and strategies can become. This work reflects my deep belief that neurodiversity deserves understanding, creativity, and compassion.
At the heart of my practice is the recognition that joy and pain often coexist. I strive to create a space where clients feel deeply seen, supported, and empowered to reconnect with their authentic selves. Outside of work, I love traveling, cooking with family and friends, spending time outdoors, and getting lost in a good thriller or memoir.
