Graduating from high school is exciting – and overwhelming. The transition to college, work, or independent living brings unique challenges. This program gives seniors the executive-function tools, confidence, and support they need to successfully launch into adulthood.

Fee: $500 for 8, 50-minute sessions:
4 Live Video Sessions (February 2, March 10, April 14 & May 5, 2026)
4 Group Sessions (February 24, March 24, April 28 & May 19, 2026)
+ Individual counseling or coaching sessions (additional charge)
